Overview

What this involves

Batch work starts with an approved design or sample. Once you have signed off on the part, we produce the agreed quantity to the same specification.

Approving a sample first means everyone is clear on what is being produced before the full run starts.

Production begins only after the design or sample is approved and the quantity, material and finish are confirmed in writing.

Example applications

  • Short production runs
  • Branded products
  • Replacement parts in quantity
  • Custom housings
  • Workshop consumables and clips

What to send us

  • The design file, or an approved sample
  • Quantity required
  • Required date
  • Material and colour
  • Finish requirements
  • Whether repeat orders are likely

Not sure about some of these? Tell us what you know and we will work through the rest together.

FAQs

Common questions

Do I need a sample first?

For new designs, a sample is recommended so you can approve the part before the full run.

Can you handle repeat orders?

Yes. Let us know if repeat orders are likely and we will keep the approved specification on record.

What quantities can you produce?

It depends on the part's size and complexity. Tell us the quantity and required date and we will confirm what is achievable in your quote.

Discuss your batch manufacturing project.

Send us what you have. You do not need a finished CAD file to start the conversation.
